Kevin Kenney’s career spans more than 40 years in the structured settlement industry. Prior to joining Ringler, he was an investor and member of the leadership team at another major structured settlement firm, where he also worked as a producer. Throughout his career, Kevin has built his reputation on exceptional service, integrity, creativity, attention to detail, and a hands-on approach to every case.

Kevin brings extensive experience across virtually every type of case, including workers’ compensation, general and product liability, medical malpractice, employment discrimination, environmental claims, child abuse cases, and compensation matters involving exonerated individuals. More recently, he has worked with a major law firm handling mass tort litigation involving wildfires.

In addition to his settlement consulting work, Kevin has experience serving as an expert witness as an annuitist, providing specialized knowledge and insight regarding annuities and structured settlements. His depth of industry experience allows him to address complex settlement and annuity issues with a well-informed, practical perspective.

Kevin works with clients throughout the United States and regularly participates in mediations both in person and virtually. His extensive industry knowledge, combined with a highly personalized approach, enables him to help clients navigate even the most complex settlement matters.
