Stephen has been a Settlement Consultant with Ringler since 2006. A natural consensus builder, he works with attorneys, risk managers, claims professionals, mediators, and individuals to bring opposing parties to mutually beneficial solutions. Stephen leads the parties in navigating the uncertain waters of Medicare, Medicaid, trusts, annuities, future medical needs, and maintaining quality of life for the injured party, by leveraging products and relationships at his disposal. He attends settlement conferences, mediations and court hearings, and prepares present value analyses to assist in determining claim value.

In addition, Stephen prepares all of the documentation necessary to finalize complex settlements. He conducts presentations on the win-win benefits of structured settlements for existing and potential clients, and he is available to review files on-site to determine structured settlement potential.

Stephen married his high school sweetheart and they have four wonderful sons. He enjoys watching and coaching his sons’ various sports teams, volunteering for youth organizations, and spending time relaxing at home with his family.
