Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President

Joe is Ringler’s Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. He is responsible for corporate operations, including human resources and payroll, licensing, information technology, and contract administration.

Joe joined Ringler’s Corporate Office in Newport Beach, California, in 2000 and has held leadership positions in information technology, finance, and operations throughout his tenure. In 2011, he was named Director of Operations and subsequently assumed responsibility for all operational functions of the Corporate Office.

Prior to joining Ringler, Joe served as a Financial Advisor and Marketing Specialist with Cal Fed Investments, where he developed and recommended financial planning and investment solutions for the bank’s investment and retail banking clients.
