Jessica El Massry, BA, CSSC is an Egyptian American Settlement Consultant with ZC Settlement Advisors/Ringler, with more than 15 years of experience helping attorneys, injured individuals, and families navigate complex settlements. She partners with plaintiff attorneys to develop customized strategies for personal injury, workers’ compensation, medical malpractice, sexual abuse, pharmaceutical, and mass tort cases, with a focus on long-term financial security and peace of mind.

Jessica combines technical expertise with empathy, creativity, and a genuine understanding of the challenges clients face following life-altering events. She is equally passionate about giving back to her community through Orange County Trial Lawyers Charities (OCTLC) and actively supports organizations including NAABA, OCWLA, and OCTLA through sponsorship, volunteering, and community involvement.

Jessica lives in Anaheim Hills with her husband, Carlos, and their son, Franco. A devoted wife and mother, she treasures time spent with her family and values the relationships she has built both personally and professionally.
