Mark is a Settlement Consultant in the Phoenix office and has specialized in structured settlements since joining Ringler in 2022. He works closely with attorneys, insurance professionals, and claims representatives to develop settlement solutions that address the unique financial needs of injured parties while facilitating efficient claim resolution.

Before joining Ringler, Mark served as a Financial Consultant with Charles Schwab, where he advised clients on investment strategies, retirement planning, portfolio management, and long-term financial planning. This experience provided him with a comprehensive understanding of the financial markets and investment principles, enabling him to help clients evaluate settlement options within the broader context of their overall financial objectives.
Mark has extensive experience designing structured settlements for personal injury, wrongful death, medical malpractice, workers’ compensation, and minor compromise cases. He also assists with Medicare Set-Aside funding, attorney fee deferrals, special needs trust planning, and other settlement planning strategies designed to maximize financial security and long-term outcomes for injured individuals and their families. In addition to his settlement planning practice, Mark regularly provides educational presentations for attorneys, insurance professionals, and claims organizations on the benefits of structured settlements, tax-free periodic payments, settlement planning strategies, and emerging issues affecting claim resolution. His objective is to provide practical, customized solutions that help parties reach settlement while creating long-term financial security for injured claimants.
