Megan has been a dedicated member of the Ringler team since 1994, bringing more than three decades of experience to every client relationship. In 2009, she became a broker/owner, a milestone that reflects both her expertise and her longstanding commitment to her clients. With offices in Utah and California, Megan works with clients nationwide and has earned the confidence of trial attorneys, insurance professionals, and claims organizations across the country.

Megan specializes in complex and catastrophic liability claims, with extensive experience in railroad claims, medical malpractice, workers’ compensation and liability transfers, employment and disability claims, and Medicare Set-Asides. She also advises clients on attorney fee structures, non-injury tax deferral strategies, and structured settlements designed to preserve government benefits, creating customized solutions that support long-term financial security.

As an active member of the National Structured Settlements Trade Association (NSSTA) and a sponsor of both the Utah Association for Justice and the Utah Defense Lawyers Association, Megan remains committed to advancing the structured settlement profession while supporting Utah’s legal community.
